As an ongoing UX/UI concept project, I'm designing an enhanced mobile app for the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) to improve the visitor experience through intuitive navigation, accessible tools, and interactive features.
The goal is to make art and information more accessible to a broad audience while streamlining the museum experience for both first time visitors and longtime members.

To ground the app in real user needs and industry standards, I began with a brief competitive analysis of existing museum apps, including The Met, The Louvre, and The High Museum of Art. This helped identify common pain points such as poor gallery navigation, inaccessible content, and lack of real-time exhibit information.
I also conducted informal user interviews with a few museum enthusiests to gather insights on how visitors typically plan their trips and navigate exhibitions. These conversations revealed a desire for:
